Index Art Center presents New Digs on Friday, June 27, 2014. After a devastating fire in the summer of 2013, Index Art Center moved from its original location on Broad Street, and has since been working around the clock to construct our new gallery space at 237 Washington Street. New Digs is a group exhibition exploring abstract and interactive works. As a celebration of the Newark Museum’s exhibition Ready or Not 2014 NJ Arts Annual, Index Art Center will host New Digs as an after party event. The gallery will be open from 8PM-12AM and feature works by the following artists:
